Sealand Spartans FC was founded in 2025 with the aim of creating more opportunities for young people to play football in the Sealand and Deeside area. Established by a group of dedicated local parents and volunteers, the club was built around strong community values, inclusivity, and a passion for grassroots sport.
Starting with an Under-12 side competing in the Flintshire Junior & Youth Football League, the Spartans quickly became a positive addition to local football. Based at Sealand Manor Park, the club provides a welcoming environment where players can develop their skills, confidence, teamwork, and love for the game.
From the beginning, Sealand Spartans FC set out to be more than just a football team. The club aims to bring together families from across the local community while creating a pathway for future generations of players. With ambitions to expand into additional age groups and wider community football programmes, the Spartans continue to grow both on and off the pitch.
